I copied it straight from the official version of the game, so even though I'm not playing from the official English release, I kept things intact since it would be weird to change only that (characters using yobisute first names for each other, Ultimate instead of SHSL, etc... just pretend they are calling each other Togami-kun and Naegi I guess)

Togami had multiple management positions within the Togami conglomerate by the time he was in middle school... So this is basically that: the skills one would need to serve in such a position, and knowledge of how businesses generally operate. It's relatively useless in Aather, but since he has so few memories, the fact that he knows it at all tells him something about himself. He's a businessman, and someone who's had authority before ~~~surprise~~~

Form: Memories come in the form of chocolate lips wrapped in red foil. Remove the foil to view the memory. (taken)

OVERALL NOTES!!
These memories give him a much better picture of the situation at Hope's Peak Academy. Rather than it being a live-in school where a murder happened to take place, it's a school in which they are trapped, and the murder was coerced. Monobear seems to be the "Headmaster" and the one in charge, but he is also... a bear. It doesn't seem like there are any other adults or authority figures since they are left to take on organization themselves. Also, now he recognizes a lot more people than he did before! And he's heard of Genocider Syo. AND SO ON.

However, he will have the knowledge that rather than reading them for enjoyment or even for the mystery-solving game aspect of them, he is reading them as a checklist of Cliché Things Not To Do When I Murder Someone (Which I Will).
